Just purchased and downloaded this morning. Game crashes 1/3 times I try to load it. When it does load, the neighborhoods load with no households or building. Crashes when I try to click on download.

That's suppose to say "Downtown" not download.
Have you tried to clean install the game?
Hmm, i'm not sure what that means! I un-installed and reinstalled.

Same problem here. It keeps crashing after load screen 2 out of 3 times. The time it doesn't crash, it shows neighbourhoods with no house. Can't create or import households.
