Sims + Sims Packs not loading properly

kyle_hetzel This error probably doesn't have anything to do with Sims 1. Can you play again if you fully restart the laptop? If not, double-check the graphics driver to make sure the old one didn't somehow get reinstalled. Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click the Intel entry, and click the Driver tab. Your old version ends in 9664 and is from 2021; the new one is from April and ends in 2141.
