Sims Crashes during loading screen

Hello, I just bought this game two days ago and I am having an issue with it crashing as my title indicates. During the loading screen, my game just stops for a second and then I am back to my desktop with no error message and the game stops running. I have changed the compatibility and tried other things with nothing really helping. Here is the DxDiag text in case and if there is anything else that is needed. Please let me know. I would like to play this game.

    Have you tried assigning Sims.exe to the integrated Intel GPU in NVIDIA control panel?

    My NVIDIA card wasn't playing nice with TS1 Legacy but the Intel card did run it perfectly.

    right click then go to Nvidia Control panel. Then select which gpu you want to use

    Just did it. It's still crashing. Also, I did change the compatibility mode in properties. Not too sure what's the issue to be honest

    I noticed on your DXDiag your driver seems to be from 2022 have you tried downloading the latest version from here? https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/game-ready-drivers/

    If that doesn't work, let's be sure you did change to the Intel GPU correctly, so follow this tutorial:

    You have to select "Power Saving" instead of "High Perfomance". Please disable any compatibility settings you may have applied too.

    If that doesn't work either, have you also tried fully unninstalling then reinstalling the game?

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game before. Should I try it again? Also, I have done all that you asked. Still nothing. It crashes when it says "Normalizing Social Network". 

    On the bright side, I did update everything. there were some hiccups with that but it's all fixed so my driver is now up to date..

    1. Uninstall the game
    2. After uninstalling, open a File Explorer window and paste this on the address bar %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Electronic Arts\
    3. If you still see a The Sims 25 folder there, Delete it.
    4. Reinstall the game.

    If you still can't open the game, please check if you have any 3rd party programs interfering with the game, like a screen recorder, a frame rate counter, an overlay of some sort etc.
