Can't change screen resolution or refresh rate in The Sims 2 Legacy

Hi, after the latest The Sims 2 Legacy Edition update, I can no longer change the screen resolution or refresh rate in the game settings. Before the update, I could adjust them without any issues.

My system details:

Operating system: Windows 11

Processor: Intel

Graphics card: Integrated Intel graphics

Screen resolution: 1366×768 (16:9)What I’ve tried so far to fix this:

Adding the launch argument -maxaspect:16:9 in EA App.

Changing the game compatibility mode to Windows 7.

Editing the Graphics Rules.sgr file to enable refresh rate options.

Making sure my Intel graphics drivers are up to date with Intel Driver & Support Assistant.

Running the game using a shortcut with -r1366x768 -maxaspect:16:9.

Despite all these attempts, the problem still persists. I’d like to know if there’s any solution or if this is a bug from the latest update that needs to be fixed.

Thanks!
