Consistent Crashing

Hi everyone!

I've noticed when I send my pets away to their jobs, the game struggles at points and crashes.
I can't pinpoint exactly what it is, but I have a theory that it's related to job promotions- or at least the popups you get while they're away. (Or maybe it's just pet jobs in general.)
Unfortunately, I saved the game just after one of these instances and now consistently crash after a second or two of being in the household.

Maybe I'm wrong but I wanted to at least highlight what I believe to be the issue.
If there's any workaround anyone has, I'd love to hear it!
