Crashing when visiting lots with more than one sim

Question

I've been having an issue with traveling with more than one sim at a time. It ends up crashing my game. Also my sims cannot go on vacation. Even with one sim, when they get into the taxi for vacation, the game crashes. Any fix for traveling with more than one sim or a vacation fix?

I have a similar issue the game does not crash for me but my Sims get stuck in their car on the road (the car is invisiable) when they return home. It is so annoying.
