custom skin panel- The Sims2 Legacy Collection

i see others are having this problem but i just want to express this is honestly such a dealbreaker for me, i personally do not like playing any sim game unless i can customize my sims to my liking. the sims2 has been my favorite sims game for over a decade, so its really frustrating that this feature isnt working properly. im really hoping that EA will resolve this issue.
