ChetYouBetcha Did you previously have an EA Play subscription, either standalone or through XBox Game Pass? If so, and the subscription expired, that may have removed the games from your account even if you bought them separately.
If this isn't the issue, please let me know when you bought the games and where. If it was directly from EA (through the App or the website), go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, find the info for this purchase, and list the status you see: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
