Issues with Pleasant Family

There are two issues I am currently having with the Pleasant family over in Pleasantview. First, there seems to be this random music playing but there is no stereo/TV on? Secondly, Daniel's wants are completely blank. Anybody else experiencing these bugs?

I'll include two videos of the music playing, however I noticed another issue when using the recorder that the audio is severely distorted (another issue I discovered). You can here a song playing, but it does not sound as bad as what you are about to hear.
