Stuck in loading screen when going to bought vacation home

This is for The Sims 2 Legacy edition!

As the title says I get stuck in the loading screen when going to the vacation home my sim bought. I do not get stuck if I choose to choose the vacation stay when the sim arrives, but then when I choose the bought vacation home it almost immediately gets stuck in the loading screen.

I don't know how to solve this. 

Update: The loading screen gets stuck when the sim travels with someone else to a community lot and the bought vacation home! When a sim travels alone it does not get stuck.
