Systematic game crash without error on 1st loading screen

Hello, Every time I launch the sims 2 (on the EA app) the game crashes on the 1st loading screen within the first few seconds, without any errors, just go back to the desktop and the EA app reappears. There is no difference if I leave the opening credits or skip them. I have had this problem since the February 12th update, and the February 20th update did not change anything.

I have seen similar reports on the forum (English and French) about systematic crashes after a few minutes of play, but no fix, and or information from EA to try to fix it. I can understand that there are bugs that require a lot of time to be fixed, but I do not understand that we have no information on the fact that EA is working on it for bugs that make the game literally unplayable and reported by several players. 

I tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, playing offline, in windowed mode, restarting the ea app, my computer, there is no change. I even tried changing the game language from French to English, maybe it gained 1-2 seconds before crashing.

For more information, I bought and played The Sims 2 when it was released on January 31st without any problems, the next day I had a fatal error every time I started it (at the same time my game now crashes without error). The 2 updates that followed the release did not change anything. A few days after the 2nd update the game started working correctly for no reason until the next update on February 12th.
