Testing cheats missing options on the pie menu using the mailbox.

I don't have any mods installed and when I use testing cheats and use cheats on the mailbox a lot of options are missing but when I change the game to another language all those options are back but i want to play the game in english so please fix this issue EA 😭 I never had this issue before on Ultimate Collection and I keep getting new bugs everyday that didn't exist in the first place using the Legacy edition of the game.
