Thankyou for replying, Unfortunately this is still happening even after deleting the neighbourhood file . It’s happening asoon as I enter create a family AND/OR asoon as I try to play any household, iv yet to get to play atall with any household since purchasing. I hope this can be fixed somehow 😩🙏🏻
