The Sims 2 Legacy bugs

I have TS2 Legacy Collection from Steam. I played 10 hours, at first everything was great, but at the moment I have several bugs, because of which I can't play anymore

No memories - no new memories appear, previous ones are displayed normally, but there are no new ones at all, no matter what happens

Food glitch - sims can't cook food, cooking animation is present but reset happens when they want to put a plate of food and it just disappears. sims can only eat snacks or delivery

Phone - bug with phone conversation. when calling a character (NPC) the game freezes for a few seconds, the same NPC appears on the lot for a moment, disappears, the phone call is reset
