The Sims 2 Legacy Collection - Object Error (every sim in the house froze)

My sim got a friend out of nowhere when visiting a community lot. After that, she came home and i clicked on the phone to call another sim, and i saw an empty portrait with the name N001_User00456 - Brenda when hovered over. I ignored it but then my sim got a phone call from this broken sim, and when she answered it EVERYONE in the house froze. Resetting and cancelling won't work and i was too afraid to click delete.
