I just got a new computer on Sunday, and I haven't been able to play the game since. I can load the game, and a neighborhood, but as soon as I try to create a sim or select a household to move in, the game crashes with the same error message.  The game is completely unplayable. I put a ticket in to EA but haven't received any replies.
