The tent I am using is from World Adventures, so if you don't have that expansion installed it won't show up. If WA is installed, you can go to the Misc tab of buydebug and use the filter on the right to select only WA the 4th on the list to find it easier. Just remember to remove the filter when you are done so you see everything again. The tent is rolled up (see my final lot above) and you have to place it on a 4x5 area once you are in live mode with your Sim on the lot.
That makes sense - haven't got the expansion, as so far I haven't had the urge to play the save in different locations (no university either)
