ello everyone!

I have created this resort for those who do not want an island themed resort.

This resort started as my Crazy Carlos' Cantina, but I thought it would be great for a resort.

So, here you go!

Carlos needed a place to stay when he was away from the Big City and his TV show, so he converted his Cantina into a resort for him and his ladies!

This is a five star resort with a fully upgraded tower; the spa is turned on along with room service.

There are eight high quality buffet tables; one for every type of food. A pool bar and Cantina bar, shift set for 24 hour a day offer cool drinks. The Cantina bar has a karaoke station and a place to jam. Sushi and Dim Sim are served upstairs.

We have four types of suites available for the guest. A single story building with two rooms with double beds, then four rooms with single beds.

Next you have the "Couple Get-away" rooms; two suites for those who just want a weekend away from everyone.

Last, you have the Family suite. This is a building just for a family. Bottom floor has two double beds with all in ones. The upstairs has a master bath with a parent suite.

Along with the Pool bar, there is a kid friendly pool with a slide and waterfalls. Two hot tubs found in the shade will help stimulate those fun conversations!

A small open food court is perfect to grab a bit to eat or sip a cool drink as the sun sets.

A courtyard for sunning, sweet drinks and some fire walking will let you relax a bit away from the pool For the home made dinners, a garden full of "must haves" can be found.

For those who want to keep in shape while they are away, you will find a full workout building, with a spa upstairs. You will get a killer massage and steam. Follow that up with a new style!

For those who bring their children, a small playground is also found on the side, a bit away from the pools, but close enough for mom and dad to watch!

And tucked in, behind the pool bar, a small wedding chapel is found; a buffet is set up to enjoy some sweets while the couple get all frisky!

I have play tested this and it earns around 4k a day. I hope you and your sims enjoy their stay! Originally build in the 60x60 lot, I moved to a 64x64 for those who do not have a 60.

Here's my newest home. It is set in Sunlit Tides. It also works in Isla Paradiso, only instead of sandy beaches you get grass covered terrain instead. The home is a beach front home Located on "The Sandy Beach" in Sunlit Tides(near Paradise Pools and the Allender house on Tropical Circle). It features 4 beds, 4.5 baths, 3 balconies, a courtyard, lagoon style pool, gym and sauna. The home also features an office, living, dining, family, and laundry rooms. The home is play tested and contains NO CC or CAP.

The Monica

The Monica is a house for the waterfront, but it could be used anywhere. It's on a 30x20 lot. NO CC! Play tested!

This is a four bedroom home. It has an open kitchen/dining/living room and a back porch with a grill, table, and chairs to watch the boats go by. It also comes with a sailboat so the residents can enjoy being on the water as well as living next to it. There are full beds in two of the bedrooms, a bunk bed in the third, and a crib for a baby in the last bedroom.

'Caribbean Cruiser'

This Caribbean coloured home was created for 1/2 sims that will enjoy fishing off their own houseboat and perfect for the Lifetime want of perfect fish as 3 tanks are ready for them in the living room and some bait books. The home has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 full bathroom with bath and shower, a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with a table outside as well, or use the outdoor firepit to cook fresh fish. All upgraded and No CC/CAP.

Hunter is now out of his Camo and into a Straw hat and Caribbean shirt ready to have a new life in Island Paradise. Now with Skills, 4 diving, 2 cooking, 5 athletic, 6 photography, 8 fishing, 1 gardening, 3 handy and 1 Martial arts. Has read most bait books and has the 'Collection Helper' and boat and fish etc in bag. Job is now Angler level 3 so he can sell non perfect fish as his Lifetime requires. He matches up with houseboat 'Caribbean Cruiser'. No CC/CAP.
