Refund Automation failed

Hello,

 I am trying to get a refund for the sims 3, unfortunately the game does not play well with my computer and I never thought it would give me problems because it never gave me problems on my old laptop. I just bought it yesterday night so it hasn’t been 24 hours or a full day. It says refund automatically failed so I’m not sure if it’s their way of saying they denied it or it’s still being processed.

    Hey fatimasimss​,

    If you had followed these steps to request the refund but the status is showing failed, you should generally receive an email with more details if that was a denial. If you're not seeing that or think this purchase should have been eligible still, you can scroll down that page to the Contact us option at the bottom.

    That will let you reach out to the support team so they can check back through any issues with that purchase or refund to look into this further with you and see what options may be available, thanks!
