2 of my Sims 3 expansion packs are gone from my library

Hello, 

I have played Sims 3 since it came out and I have both digital and CD copies of the game and expansion packs. But now when I log in to my EA account and click on manage add-ons 2 my expansion packs where gone and I can't redeem them again into my account because I have already redeemed them. It's Pets and World Adventures. Is it the update of the EAs app? Need some help! Thanks.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Pets and World Adventures packs. It sounds like the system recognizes those are already registered on the account, so it may be worth trying some steps to troubleshoot the EA app and see if that clears things up.
