additional maps - keys that are supposedly used

I bought additional maps for sims 3. When he tries to activate them, he gets a message that the codes are redeemed. I bought the maps on the EA app 6 days ago (February 2nd) and when I tried to activate the keys today, it failed.

I bought maps:
The Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold Edition
The Sims 3 Hidden Springs

I didn't give the codes to anyone, nor did anyone activate them for me.
