Bought / registered digital game on Origin - Serial Codes Not Working on Sims Website!

Contact EA support I tell them your problem and they should give you another code(The same thing happened to me):manhappy:

I got confirmation about successful game registration, but the Exchange for Sims3 says I have to register a game, the link it takes me to now tells me my codes are invalid (probably because I've already used them to successfully register).

log out and back in or use a different browser.

need help reigister the game Roaring Heights, nothing they said to do is not working

Sorry dude but no it isn't. The fine print claims this is so, but it's a lie.

Could you elaborate a bit what you are referring to ? This thread is pretty long and has lots of posts.

I still have many games that do not show up and it has been over 4 years.  I have contacted EA and was told that on the website it doesn't make to much difference if they don't show, as long as it is in the system then it is fine.  I personally would like my digital copies to show so people wont think that I when i am adding things that I don't owm the games/expasions/stuff packs, when actually I do.

Are those Sims 3 expansions ? If so, I would contact a game advisor and insist that you want them showing on Origin.

this may sound confusing but i will try anyways. So i bought a starter pack for sims 3 I downloaded all my games correctly in the right order. I go make an account and try to get costum content, but when i put in the code it asks me to register. so when i try to register my game says if i got a starter pck i do not need to! So then i can't do anything help!
