Bought 2 lots, now I want to sell one, but how?
I bought a second lot, built the house I wanted on it, moved my sims there, but now I want to sell my original lot but I don't know how. Can anyone help?

To sell a lot, use your sim's phone to go to "real estate". I think it is something like "check real estate" or something like that. I think you can also do it on the newspaper and the computer.
Okay, anyway. Once you're there, you'll see the properties that you own. Simply click on the house you want to sell and go to one of the little buttons at the bottom which allows you to sell it - and then press sell!!!
BE CAREFUL though, because you won't be able to take the furniture out of the house you are selling, so make sure you take ALL of your sim's stuff that you WANT.

Just a tip when moving house. If you've been relying on the "Fireproof Homestead" lifetime reward, the protection expires on your old house, so if you haven't extinguished the fires, your old house will burn down within 12 hours. Learnt the hard way.
