Bought But Not Downloading

Ok, so I bought the downloadable Supernatural and I cannot get it to download. First off, when I put in my code, that I got in my e-mail, on origins, it says that it has already been used only a minute after I had bought it....I never used it.   Secondly, I cannot download this origin client, as I have a new Mac book pro and it will not allow me.

  If I am not able to download this, then I would very much like to get my money back so I can use it elsewhere as I do not have that much to begin with, thank you.

    Ah, FML. I will be so happy when they realize that there are more and more Mac users out there and that, we saved up for the Mac and don't have a ton of money for anything else ><
