Bought Dragon Valley Gold Edition at the EA App, but no email
So I bought the content at the EA App I did not receive an email containing the key for the stuff. I even looked at my Spam folder, any other way of getting the key?

I would suggest waiting until this is resolved to try to use your code again, and definitely don't ask a support rep to try it—that might use up the code without applying it to your account. Since it's probably already too late to get a refund, without a support rep making an unusual exception at least, it won't hurt to wait a little while longer.
