Can I hire multiple front desk workers in a resort ?

I currently have one employ and while I have all three shifts in place she only seems to be there part of the day, can I hire multiple front desk workers? Is there a way to fix her never being at the desk?

    No, there's only one.

    They sometimes wander off but they should come back if guests are trying to check in. Does that not hapen for you ?
