can not find game i install with code

Hello. I bought extension packs for the sims 3 and I can see the on the origin account but they are not included in the game. What can i do with it? thank you for the help

  • @peta141299  Did you actually install the packs?  If you're not sure, click Sims 3 in your Origin library, select More > Expansion Packs, and scroll through the list looking for your packs.  If you see a Download button, click it.  If you only see Details, and the packs do NOT show as installed (green check mark), let me know.

    @puzzlezaddict yes. i can see the packs but just with the button details and not the button install. i can see the green check mark saying unlocked but not installed

    @peta141299  Please contact EA customer support and ask that the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of your packs be added to your account.

    It's best to use the live chat option here.  If you don't see it, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

    Let me know if support doesn't help you.

    This is what they told me on the online chat. what do you think about it? it still does not working. 

    And also i have another problem. i already have three expansion packs from the past and when I play the game and create a new family, with pets, i choose the house or i want to build a house, the game stops and ends immediately. could you also help me with this problem?

    @peta141299  Your image is broken, so I can't see what the support rep said.  But if you didn't have any success with one rep, try another.  And if that rep doesn't help either, let me know, and I'll flag your posts.  But it might take a couple days to get a reply here, depending on who from EA is working which days.

    For the crashing issue, I can try to help, but please create a new thread in the Sims 3 Mac forum.

    Please list the packs you currently have installed.  Please also include the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.

    @puzzlezaddict so still any changes. everything is the same. i tried to contact EA customer support about the entitlements.
    and it did not help me at all. I still can not play the expansion pack. I have it in my origin but can not play them.

    Can you please help me with it?

    do you think that I have all expansion packs and stuff packs in 32-bit games? and my OS on my mac support just 64-bit games?

    so maybe thats why it just shows I have the games unlocked but i can not play them?

    Hi @peta141299 

    Were you able to speak with live support to get the 64-bit versions added to your account? If you've not had the live support team take a look yet, please reach out again from the help site here so they can review your account details and entitlements and be sure the proper versions have been added to your account.
