vaanyan_ Try a different browser. The site has had issues over the last few days, but I've been able to open it using Firefox. And see whether you can login to http://www.thesims3.com while already signed into this or another EA site. Sometimes, owning the game is enough to automatically create an account on the Sims 3 site, and the site shares login info with other EA sites.
I've actually tried two other browsers now, even freshly downloaded firefox, same issue. Even tried it on my phone and same thing keeps on happening.
Any other ideas on how to solve this?
Tried the same in the launcher, later it redirects to the same oops page in the browser.
