Cannot log in Stuck in loop both in game and in launcher

I have been losing my mind trying to get this to work, I’ve followed every suggestion from this site and Reddit. But nothing has worked. 

Yesterday I was playing sims 3 and after exiting and relaunching my welcome screen on the launcher was blank, I could not download or install anything from the exchange or my download history, and in game every-time I tried to log in it said my account did not exist and I noticed the feature item had the usual gold frame but nothing was there. 

since then I have followed every guide I can, I reset edge, deleting the caches, resetting my sims 3 documents, fresh install, and resetting my password. I was able to get my Home Screen to load by resetting internet explorer using the control panel but I am still unable to log in the launcher or in game. I’m at my wits end. If I could please have some help getting this fixed I would appreciate it.
