Cannot redeem Generations Registration Gift,No Product Code

I bought the Generations Expansion pack from Origin with the ea wallet or whatever it is called.It shows up in origin with no problem and downloaded without any hassle.I then log on to the sims 3 site and check my profile page,the generations icon is filled in and shows that I have generations.So far everything is normal and no problems...Then I go to get the registration gift,I click download and it then asks me to register generations,this is odd as I have purchased eps online and then downloaded the reward without needing a code.So I go to origin to get the code for generations,only to discover I cant get the game's product code.I tried right clicking on the EP but the only option are to repair game,uninstall,and play game.Can anyone help?

    @rp_player_girl I noticed you can't get a code for a TS3 pack from Origin. The code for the gift was different from the code for the pack (if I remember right) and some of those gifts were for a limited time. Some of the gifts later showed up in the store as a free download so it depends on what item you were supposed to get. As this is a public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue.

  • This might seem a silly question but how do I sent the problem via email,the contact us step-by-step thing doesn't seem like the best way to explain my problem.

    @rp_player_girl There are a series of menus and you should get to a page where you can chat online or get a callback.

    Link - customer service click help with a game - click the right arrow - click sims 3 - scroll to bottom of page - during business hours you should get an option to chat or get a call back (depending if your in the US).

    or try in the upper right there's a contact us - you may have to log in - start a new case.
