Cannot redeem my Sims 3 code because its in my old origin account and cannot access it
I cannot access my Origin acc, which I downloaded Sims 3, Seasons, and University on it from a while ago. Origin said they have sent the email to change the password, but I don't see anything 'Origin'. I made a new account and tried to redeem my Sims 3 code on it, but says it has been used already. So now I cannot play my recently bought Generations and World Adventures. What should I do?

the best thing to do is to contact a game advisor to recover your older account. We do not have the tools
on Answer HQ.
