I just purchased Sims 3 dragon valley from the store. I've had sims 3 for awhile with many other expansion Got home and installed got to the part to enter my redeem code and it says that it's already been used. I don't get how a code that was in a sealed game was already used. Please help I'm very frustrated that a new game out of the box has an invalid code.

The problem is this. When I type the code into the store link that you provided(done this way too many times before I logged a complaint), it says that I have entered an invalid code. I just bought this game 4-16-15 came right home installed everything up until the point it asks for the code, I enter the code right from the booklet that came with the sealed game and it's invalid. The code that came with the game(sim's 3 dragon valley) is as follows; BX3L-68Z5-R6AP-Y3LB. Like I stated earlier I've purchased this game on 4-16-15 everything went smoothly up until the code validation. I know there has been issues with hackers and key generators and I'm sure that this is a plausible scenario. Is there a way to email pictures of the case, game disk, and booklet with the code for further investigation? I have purchased many expansion packs for sims 3 over the last 4 years and this is the first time I've ever had any problem and just want my game to work. Please help. Thank you very much.
