I can't seem to get dragon valley to downlaod from the sims 3 store. I've tried to repair the game, uninstall it, and to remove the original sims 3 file from the Documents - EA file. The game launcher keeps asking me to log in even tough I enter the right login details. Before this i downloaded Roaring Heights just fine. I've also removed all the cache files. Thank you in advance
GerbhladArot I had no problem downloading Dragon Valley just now, so the download isn't broken overall. Do you own the regular or Gold version? Are you trying to download from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from the product page?

Whichever one you've been using, try the other. Please also let me know whether you can currently download anything else. You could try another copy of Roaring Heights (just don't install it a second time), or other content you own, or something free like Riverview.
Shayne_Percy Please post a screenshot of the error, and also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
I am having the same issue on a clean install of the sims 3. I cannot log into the server keeps saying connection lost.
