Can't download humble bundle date night

You are supposed to use the code in the sims online FIRST before you use it on Origin. If you use it on Origin the code will show as already used. Unfortunately I know this because I too used the code on Origin first. I am not sure if there is anything we can do about this☹️

I have the same problem too. I redeemed the Date Night code thru Origin at the very first day the bundle came out. After 2 days, they added a guide which tells you to redeem the code on the website first. This sucks. I can live with it ofc but it's not good when don't get what you payed for.

For me everything worked out well, I registered all the games, some on Origin (main game , Late night and High-end loft), and Date night to Sims 3 site. Now only Date night shows under the purchase history. Since Origin doesn't show Date night I am trying to download it from the Sims 3 site, but when i click on the "Download" link nothing happens. I checked the downloads dashboard, but it isn't there either.

Same problem here, redeemed it on origin, now they tell me to redeem it on the sims website and it says already used ☹️

I have tried to do it that way 1000 times and nothing happened. The only thing that worked was accessing Buy mode in game, than going Shop mode>Purchase history>Download. Now my new problem is that I bought and registered the Dragon Valley but I cant download it anywhere. It would be nice if all Sims 3 games added on Origin can be downloaded on Sims 3 site and vice versa.
