Can't download Purchased History items??

@OuiVirginie  Try reloading your purchase history a couple times, or using the world's product page instead:

https://store.thesims3.com/lunarlakes.html?categoryId=12642

You might need to reload that page too, but it should work eventually.  If not, try a different browser.  Firefox usually works well with the Store site.
