Can't Download Store Content

When I go into my purchase history and click download underneath the item i want to add to my game nothing happens. I have removed any firewalls so I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with my internet or browser. I'm not sure what else I can do? Even when I click on the item for more details and click the download button there, still i get nothing. Please Help!

Woo! i figured it out, go into one of your sims games, then down in the left hand corner click the button with the 3 little dots on it, go to options, then game settings, and select 'enable shop mode'. Save your game and exit. then open your launcher, now when you click download it should automatically go to the launcher 🙂

Even when I go into the exchange, none of the download buttons are doing anything for me ☹️

I'm having the same issue, I have installed The Sims 3 on Steam, I've clicked download of Firefox, IE and Steam Browser... and nothing happens, no pop ups asking if i want to download the file or nothing... Help!
