Yachal84 Any base game disc manufactured after September 2012 requires Origin to be present and managing the install process. There's no way to circumvent this requirement.
What happened when you tried to register your game on the Sims 3 site? If you clicked "Redeem a Code," try "Register a Game" instead. If you can successfully register your codes, you can download the content through the EA App without needing to use your discs.
However, if you bought the discs used, the original owner may have registered them already, in which case you're out of luck. I would suggest trying to get your money back if it's an option.
It's probably not what you want to hear, but the EA App offers the Sims 3 Starter pack at a 50-60% discount a few times a year during sales of Sims content. So you could get the content for $8-10 U.S. (or the rough equivalent) if you still want to try it.

I bought it through Amazon.. I got a refund thankfully...😅but shortly after I posted here and emailed EA, my EA App dinged with a download for base game and late night few after that High End Loft was available for download... A friend said maybe someone gifted them to me... If that is what happened I'm so grateful...but I also did send in pics of codes as proof I had a real copy... So it could have been EA showing some love my way... who knows really but I'm so so grateful...😍

Who did you contact? I have 13 original discs that i originally registered under an old account but EA are refusing to help me get them transferred to my new one. I cannot remember the old email address properly let alone have access to it anymore and its very upsetting not to be able to use them (support told me the account has been deleted, pretty much tough luck)
