Can't log into The Sims 3 Launcher or website

It's been more than 5 months since this is happening. I've bought the game and since I bought it I can't log in the launcher or website. Both of them say password/username is incorrect. I tried many times, I even changed passwords and it still doesn't let me log in. I want to be able to log in, in order to use the benefits of being online and playing the sims!
