Can't login to Sims 3 launcher

wow, i thought i was the only one having issues! i cant log in either. I changed the password, still saying invalid. But i can log in just fine on the website.

I just tried this and it still is wiping the login info every time i hit enter to sign in. LAME lol

OK so based off these few comments on this I think it's safe to assume The Sims 3 Launcher is having some technical issues...

When I attempted to log in via the launcher with my CORRECT info it does literally nothing.. no pop ups or anything it just wipes the password i have typed and I kept retrying again and again and getting the same results. Now that I have seen others are having difficulties as well, I'm NOT going to try any troubleshooting or changing my password I think I'll try and wait this one out. Fingers crossed it gets resolved soon!

I am having the same issue, when I clicked on manage game it told me to click the "repair" option. I currently have it going, will report back soon!

I'm having the same issue too. Says my email or password is invalid. 

idk but maybe it is general a problem right now? anybody here who fixed the problem? I didnt.. dont know what to do I'm mad.

me too!! trying anything right now to work it.. maybe an hour ago the store website had 503 error but now its working normal maybe it has something to do with that. But again website now no problem but the launcher

I'm having the same issue too. I already tried the troubleshooting, changed my pw. Can login to ts3 store no problem but can't log in on the launcher or in game.
