so I just purchased some dlc (fast lane) and I redeemed it on the sims 3 site as usual and my game switched from origin to the ea platform, and. won't let me redeem it anymore even though I just purchased it!!! pls help
@electricclady111 If you used the code on the Sims 3 site, the code would show as used in the EA App as well. The two use the same EA database, so your DLC should be available in the App. However, the App sometimes takes 24-48 hours to register the presence of new games or DLC, for no apparent reason. Point is, please check back 48 hours from when you registered the pack and let me know whether you can install it.
