Changed my Origin password, but now I can't log in to The Sims. Help?
I forgot my Origin password and ended up having to change it. Didn't think anything of it until I went to play The Sims (Supernatural expansion pack if it matters), and I can't log in. It keeps telling me that my password or email address is incorrect. I've verified my email and password change on Origin, so I know it's the right password. Whenever I select "forgot password" when trying to log in to the Sims I'm redirected to the Origin login page where I can log in with the password I'm using. Any answers as to how I can get logged in?
The accounts are connected and use the same password. You did try the new one right ? If so, try clearing your browser cache on IE and if that still doesn't work, you need to contact customer support so they can take a look at your account
