cheats -discoverAllUnchartedIslands

I am having major issues with game lag in Island Paradise -a suggestion is to use the cheat  discoverAllUnchartedIslands (I've tried most of the other suggestions short of using mods) but when I try to use it a get a message saying it is unrecognised. Any ideas why this is and what I can do?

    try when you use the ctrl+shift+c hit then  use testingcheatsenabled true hit enter then ctrl+shift+c DiscoverAllUnchartedIslands hit enter  don't forget to turn the cheat off ctrl+shift+c hit then  use testingcheatsenabled false hit enter
