Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

Hi! The game has finally shown up under "My Games". I guess it was taking a while to finally show up? Yesterday, the EA app store was acting as if I hadn't purchased it so I got a bit frustrated and scared! 😅

I need help with an issue related to The Sims 3. I installed EA Play and then downloaded The Sims 3 base game along with several expansion packs. I have already redeemed the code, but I can't access the games.

When I try to redeem the code again to reinstall the game, I receive an error saying the code has already been used. Inside the EA App, the game does not appear in my library it only shows the option to purchase it, even though I already own it.

How can I fix this and get access to the content I already redeemed and installed?

bought Sims3 for PC, thought it was new from Amazon, but codes already used so I can't register online or access game.  Is there a way around this or did I buy a useless decoration for my shelf?

I got a code from G2A for sims 3 but when I redeem it, it doesnt show up in my games. its super annoying and everytime I go to the store page it tells me to purchase it, but when I use the code again, it says its already been redeemed?!
