"Connection to server has been lost"

I just bought Midnight Hollow to download and play and for some reason it wont let me log in on the launcher to download my new world. Anyone else having issues?

Tried restarting, repairing EA and the Sims 3 apps, tried clearing all caches in the Sims 3 folder, tried clearing cache in Edge, tried logging in through the settings... I've been at it for 2 hours. Please help.

montaymontay You shouldn't need to login to the launcher in order to install your Store content. What happens if you don't, if you simply load the Store site and attempt to download your items?

Having said that, there was recently an issue with the Store login that also affected the launcher, so you may be seeing the tail end of that. It's resolved for most people but perhaps not everyone.
