Ctrl+Shift+C wont work. HELP!

Ctrl+Shift+C wont open.

I have tried with the windows key, I have tried both shift and ctrl keys, I dont have CursorXP or HP Health, and nothing opens when I use the ctrl shift c on my main desktop.

I am playing the Sims 3 on an MSI GT72s 6qe Dominator Pro G laptop. I have all of the expansions and stuff packs. No mods.

PLEASE HELP ME!? I dont want to play without cheats :-'(

I have a different MSI laptop (GE62 Apache Pro) and I was having the same problem. After much research, I've found something that works for me:

Use the left CTRL, the right SHIFT, and C.

Hope this works for you and it's not too late!

    Cheers.
