Please EA can you fix this problem? Mac users are a lot! It's been a while since there has been this issue

I haven't played the Sims 3 since the "update" that broke the game. I love it and miss it so much
Hi! I think we might help each other, I recently contacted ea about this issue like three times, but there aren't any news. Maybe if they received other requests they could prioritize this issue. If you want we could stay in contact to talk about a solution.
