when I try to play sims 3 I get the error “a serious error has occurred while loading <world name>.world”, ive tried everything from turning off my one drive syncing, turning off the virus scanning/protection, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I’ve also changed the name of the file so a new one loads and it works once but once I exits and try to load it again it does the same thing. It does it if I have cc content or not

If none of that helps, including the new, local, admin Windows account, please let me know what antivirus you use.
