I have the serial number, but it only has 16 letters/numbers instead of 20 and it won't redeem on the sims 3 website. I have the monte vista/hidden springs bundle for reference.

I bought the same bundle and I'm having the same problem. Tried to get help from EA chat, but that didn't help at all :(
