    Uninstall your most recent EP then download and reinstall the digital version from Origin. Instructions here.

hey, this origin thing didn't work for me. is there another way to solve this problem ?

Did you:

  1. Manually uninstall the EP including deleting all the hidden files?
  2. Download and install the digital patch?
  3. Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, getting rid of all hidden files and folders?

    I uninstalled everything ( base game and eps)..when i reinstalled it i already had this issue with the base game. How do i delete hidden files?
