I placed an MP3 file into the "Blues" section of Custom Music,but it doesn't show up in game at all? It's not in the Music in GameOptions sections, nor does it play on the blues station. What's going...

I had the same problem, and honestly it just depends on the song/album. Just try experimenting with it to see what works and what doesn't.
